Anishinaabe Ancestry
In conversation with: Rick Revelle
Join us for Heritage Hour this winter in conversation with Rick Revelle! As an author and Knowledge Keeper, Rick will use storytelling to share the experience of his Anishinaabe ancestors in the region before European contact. He will explore how they emulated the animals in their surroundings while hunting them as a means of survival.
Rick has written five books and made presentations in many communities across the country. He is a Knowledge Keeper for Limestone District School Board and Upper Canada District School Board.
