Raise the Horns!!!

The elder statesman of all things Metal, Ronnie James Dio has succumbed to stomach cancer. We are celebrating his life through music with an event at the Rickshaw Theatre on Saturday, June 26th.

Every significant musician in rock has issued statements talking about how huge of an influence Dio was to them, from his years in Elf and Rainbow, through Black Sabbath and his namesake band. “Diocide” will pay tribute to the fallen Metal hero with a stage show full of magic and sorcery, together with note perfect renditions of Dio’s classic repertoire.

“Cocaine Moustache” will ensure the party vibe triumphs on this memorial celebration. The ‘Stache is a stoner /blues/ funk/ gospel blend who prove that excess is best. Mental instrumentalists “Trophy Wife” will kick the event off.
