Described by Rosy Overdrive as “one of the best guitar pop bands going”, the The Sylvia Platters have been crafting idiosyncratic jangle pop gems since 2014. Brotherly songwriting duo Nick and Tim Ubels’ knack for indelible lyrics and melodies is the bedrock of the Vancouver band’s distinctive voice. 2024's Vivian Elixir received international praise and peaked at #7 on the earshot! radio charts. Recently joined by longtime friends and new musical collaborators Kyle Schick and Ian Fildes, the group is proud to share this next chapter in the band’s unfolding story.
