THIS THURSDAY, September 18th in City Park for Take Back the Night!
🚨What you can expect 🚨
- 4:30-5:30 PM: Drop-in anytime to make posters, make art, and check out booths of local organizations
- 5:30-7 PM: Survivors and survivor-advocates speaking out
- 7-8:30 PM: March followed by closing speeches
- We will gather rain or shine
- Safe walks will be available through Walkhome
🚨How to show up 🚨
Please bring your own chairs and blankets for sitting. Light refreshments will be available - we encourage you to bring a reusable water bottle. Not required, but we will be collecting the following donations:
- Sealed toiletries/hygiene products for kids & non-perishable snacks for kids for Kingston Interval House
- Non-perishable food items for the AMS food bank
- Red dresses for an upcoming MMIWG2S campaign on Queen’s campus
